Fixed and Reversible Casting Ladles
Fixed point ladles
Unlike traditional ladles, fixed-point ladles are designed to rotate while keeping the point of aluminum leakage unchanged. This feature allows for easier and more intuitive handling, reducing the need for continuous adjustments in height and position. This prevents potential damage to furnace openings and the risk of accidental spillage of molten aluminium.
Fixed Ladles
The fixed ladle is the simplest model which, however, requires forklifts equipped with a rotating fork system, once mounted the operator can empty the ladle itself by rotating it slowly.
Tipping ladles
Tipping ladles are like fixed ladles but equipped with cylinders and joints in order to allow controlled tipping and therefore can be used with forklifts without a fork rotation system.
